just curious… did the black keys use the old gear in 3614? did the current owner of 3614 have a hand in any aspect of the recording process…other than moving mics and getting coffee.its a glorious old studio full of history and since the original owners moved out in the late 70s…a number of people had the building and used it to record in…i do know and hear that some if not most of the gear is not original or even close,which is the reason most people would want to record in such a studio.
