The Black Keys Tour Dates 2012

Since The Black Keys haven’t toured a huge amount in 2011, fans can therefore expect 2012 to be a bumper year of shows.

With shows starting in the European January winter fans should get a taste of the new album.

What’s perhaps most interesting about the announcement of these dates is that this European tour is on at the same time as The Big Day Out festival in Australia. The Black Keys had to cancel their Australian tour in 2011 which was to include playing at the Big Day Out travelling festival. It had been expected The Black Keys would have played at the festival in 2012.

No word on any Australian tour dates for 2012 yet.

  1. My friend and I are huge fans and thought we would bring our daughters to see their first “real concert” (14 and 19). We came some distance to see them in Revel’s Ovation Hall. We heard Arctic Monkeys were opening for them and arrived in what we thought would be the appropriate start time. Imagine our dismay to find out they started playing at 9:15 and we had missed 30 minutes of show. Alot of other people did the same. They only played until 10:30. I appreciate their heavy tour schedule and still love the band, but would ask they start playing two sets. They are big time now. We weren’t even able to get a tshirt!
