On a thursday? Damn man. I could make it happen if it was on the weekend. Can't go to Alabama on a Thursday.

Damnitall. Flights are crazy expensive becuase it's so last-minute. And it's 11 hours drive from Chicago. Trying to make it work...

Anyone have any ideas about how to get to Birmingham quickly and cheaply? We need those things from Star Trek.

Flights are $279+ each way it looks like. Bus is lame and takes too long, I'd rather drive if that's the case. Ah well, guess it isn't meant to be.

It's probably more of a special olive-branch show for those poor offended Alabama locals anyways... and they shouldn't be offended anyways. The way I see it, Pat and Dan wanted to go to AL to record so they should be proud that people wanted to come record there. It just one of those things like, THEY (the locals) can say "there ain't shit to do around here" but if an OUTSIDER says it, then it's rude. Which I get, but come on, if you just spent weeks in NYC recording and then you go to AL... you're going to notice a slight difference. NYC probably has more people in it than the entire state of AL.

This actually makes me wish my sister still lived in Alabama. If they do one of these in the Midwest (Minnesota) I will gladly take you up on your offer Brandy...

Hey uh, if they can't round up 200 Alabamians that like TBK, I'm going to be really sad.
