When do tix go onsale brother? It will likely be VERY difficult to get them but I'd like to at least try. Hopefully they're not $200 each.

Although the Aragon is a larger venue, I think it holds maybe 15,000ish, hopefully it won't be so cut-throat getting tix, but your probally right, it might be tough.

what-WHAT!? with the Greenhornes!!?? I'm there dude.

Really interested to see prices though... NYE means $100+ easily.

Nothing on the official site yet, but they do show a March 15th, 2011 show in France. Neato.

Aragon capacity is 4500-5000 people. The Riv holds 2500 so that's why they had to do two shows last New Years.

The Aragon has/had notoriously bad sound, but a beautiful ceiling that has twinkling stars on it and is painted like dusk/twilight.

I saw Bob Dylan there a year ago or so, and it was great. I think they've done things to improve the sound there.

Yea Mirbs was right on the capacity, I was WAY off. I was reading an article on 15,000 for a show at the Aragon, but didn't read to much more into it when it stated it was over 3 nights. Which would be 5,000 per night, my bad, I'm a dumbass.

And The Greenhornes, holy fuck you guys are lucky. I don't think getting tickets will be too hard but GET THEM EARLY! They are usually very cheap when you get them directly from the source, I got mine for $30 when I saw them. On ebay they were going for $200+

I think he means for previous shows. $30 is certainly NOT the price for the NYE show. $30 might get you a drink there...
