I don't care for it. I don't dislike it, but I don't particularly like anything about it either. It sounds a little bit cookie-cutterish in a Black Keys way. Like they did what they normally do to write a song but this seems like one that would get left off an album - good enough, but not great. My thinking is that they purposely gave that track up for the soundtrack because it really isn't their best work. But that's just a wild guess because I know nothing about it. Just speculating. I like this song better than some of their other "random" tracks (if you ever slip). Of course, that is just my opinion. My new roommate who is a singer, says she loves the Twilight soundtrack... she also went to the midnight premier of the movie though. You just got yourself an apple strawberry sea breeze wine cooler. I like the song, I dont really see how people are complaining about it. Nice , swampy minor tune. I think it really ranks up there as far as Dan's vocal performances. Also a great backup vocal by Nicole Wray plus nice Farfisa. Definitely the best track on the soundtrack Posted 1 year ago #
