You know, I went to old navy yesterday on a whim (I was with the missy). I never really buy stuff there but I did yesterday on a whim... I walked out of there with a western flannel shirt. I liked it because it had snap buttons...and it fit perfectly (which is rare because I have broad shoulders/short arms for my size). Most importantly, the missy loved the way I looked in it. $18. Point being is that it works for me. Dan has style and it works, good for him. It's just not my thing to buy $195 shirts and $250 jeans... Posted 5 months ago #

He says "shit" a lot "Since huge quantities of information can be computer-digitalized and transmitted, music researchers could, for example, swap records over the Net with "essentially perfect fidelity." - Rolling Stone, December 7, 1972 Posted 5 months ago #

Not ashamed to admit that I started wearing button up plaid westerns because Dan wears them. I look good in them and when I wear them(usually when I go out) my self confidence goes up tenfold. I buy mine for like 30 bucks at the gap mang. Posted 5 months ago #

Dan does have a good sense of style. "I said this specifically so Andrew Robinson could quote it as me for his signature in the black keys fan lounge." - Dan Auerbach Posted 5 months ago #

it's funny how reserved dan is in radio and tv interviews and it seems like anything printed he lets loose. Posted 5 months ago #

Yea I already posted this last year, Dan buys all his shirts and jeans from Imogen and Willie. However his boots are not Red Wings...don't know why they put that in there. Edit: Where does Patrick buy his shit from? To date: I've been a fan since early 2002 and I have attended 20 of their concerts and 2 of Dan's solo. I have also met Patrick quite a few times, but never Dan unfortunately. The Black Keys are a part of my soul. Posted 5 months ago #

Dan's style came around in the UK bout 4 years ago. Unfortunatley, like most things wearing a check shirt and Red Wings for 10+ years (like I've always done) is only cool when its 'in fashion' and sometimes can indirectly mean you're a fashion follower, when said fashion comes around. I suppose the bonus to that would be cheapo shops like Primark sell nice shirts for just £7.00 each so while they're doing that, Levis' at £120 a pop are gonna have to take a back seat! Hey, my name's Jack. I think Guinness is the most wonderful thing in the world... ...and then the Irish whiskey is poured. *sigh Posted 5 months ago #

Don't know what show it was of them but Dan was wearing a skinny jeans with blue suede shoes. I thought he looked rather stupid in that outfit. I prefered him looking not so fashionable. Posted 5 months ago #

Was it the Austin City Limits performance? Where they followed Sonic youth. Why can't trouble find a new friend? Posted 5 months ago #
