I actually found this when I was looking for information on Memphis musician Jason Freeman.
This is from Valerie June's website, the news section. The only information associated with the picture are the title "Songwriting with Dan Auerbach of The Black Keys" and the caption "Dan Auerbach of The Black Keys and Valerie June at Cowboy Jack's Nashville, TN". I have to agree with "anything he works on i'm willing to have a listen to and then make my mind up so bring it on!" And the pic is freaking adorable.
