Wow what an amazing show. This was my first Keys concert despite being a fan for several years and it exceeded my expectations. A couple of observations from last night:

- Giant Banners with the brotherhood symbol of two hands clenched inside the classic Keys tire was very cool.

- I'm amazed at just how good Pat was live even after watching countless live videos. Obviously I've been a big fan of his work but wow I didn't realize he was that powerful. My music savvy friend who's not even a Keys fan commented that Pat is the hardest working drummer live he's ever seen. Very impressed!

- Like previous shows the new stuff was sandwiched in the middle of the show.

- One complaint I had heard looking at concert reviews was that the Black Keys sets are too short. This was not the case at all as they played for roughly an hour and 45 minutes at least.

-Not a big Brian Olive fan.

-The keyboard player looks like Joaquin Phoenix.

Here's the set-list from what I can remember(in no particular order):
- Thickfreakness
- Girl is on my Mind
- Set you Free
- Everywhere I Go
- Strange Times
- I Got Mine
- I'll be Your Man
- Busted
- Breaks
- Your Touch
- 10 A.M Automatic
- Stack Shot Billy
- Same Old Thing
- Next Girl
- Tighten Up
- The Only One
- Ten Cent Pistol
- She's Long Gone
- Too Afraid to Love You
Encore:
- Everlasting Light
- No Trust
- Till I Get my Way

Amazing set list!! About time they played longer than an hour. That has always been my only bitch with them. Seen them 5 times now, and the longest they ever really played for was 1 hour and 15 minutes. Also so awesome they played She's Long Gone, one of my fav tracks on the new album. I hope someone out there got some vid's of this show, and particularly that track. Kdub, how did that track sound live??

Hmm. Glad to see the show was pretty long. No Sinister Kid though??? That still bothers me. THE most solid track on the new album and it's not being played. I admit, without a sista to back the vocals it would possibly sound a bit thin. Maybe they will add it later? Glad to see Till i get my way closing it out, LOVE that tune. Can't wait for the CLE show.

I share your amazement on pats drumming. He was really letting loose. I didn't really enjoy Brian olives set either. On your set list I got mine was right before the encore. I thought they were done after I got mine since they said good night and left the stage. The crowd went nuts for like 20 seconds though and they came back out and played a couple more songs. That was awesome.

Like mbmark, I am stoked that they put She's Long Gone in their setlist. My fav track from the album, and one of my fav TBK songs of all-time, can't wait to hear that one live.

I agree with all y'all, it's nice that they've expanded their set to be longer. 75 minutes is never quite enough in my experience.

5 days and counting until Minneapolis...

Does anyone have the setlist in the order they played it? I like to make playlists on my iPod of the shows, and I'd love to have this one, because it was so wicked good!

how about some AUDIO PEOPLE

roughly in order set list:
Thick
Girl
Breaks
Set you
Stack
Busted
Everywhere* not sure if this is in order
Same old
Tighten
Howlin'
Too Afraid
Only One
10 Cent
Next Girl
Your Touch
Strange Times* not sure either
I'll be
No Trust
I Got
-------
Everlasting
Till I get

That should be pretty darn close.

I was rather disappointed with the new material. I think a lot of it was poorly mixed. At least I HOPE that was the issue. I thought a couple of songs sounded terrible. It was hard to hear Dan, and everything sounded all muddled together except for Pat. Also, a couple of songs I noticed the background players were not playing the songs right. They played their parts very simplified. This ruined "Only One" for me, the keys have to be spot on for that song.

The old material straight up kicked ass. I've seen them once before and they out did them selves. 5 star performance on all songs and I would put a couple of songs above that even.

When they played No Trust I seriously lost it. Dan and Pat owe me some clean underwear. People often make the cliche comment about a good song giving them an orgasm... that doesn't even come close. I had a full body spiritual experience that tops anything and everything.

There is another thread where someone put the complete in order set list. I forgot 10 AM on mine.

I was at this concert last night. I've seen them 5 times now and last night they were in top form. So much energy. Question: Does anybody know who/what they were playing before the keys came out? It was some really good old school R&B. I would love to know if anybody has any idea. Thanks.

I would like to know that too. Whatever it was it sounded bad ass. Maybe it was a blacroc 2 teaser.
