Your the One, and Too Afraid to Love You... Ive haven't seen many live videos of Too Afraid to Love. I have seen NO, videos of a live Your the One. And I'm just thinkin that those two songs would create a pretty Fucking awesome atmosphere, on the beach, at sunset. Got a really nice mental image goin here.. any chance I hear them at The Hangout?

They do Too Afraid pretty often. It wasn't on the set list when I saw them, but they played it anyways. You're the One was a staple song during Magic Potion tour, and it's on the Crystal Ballroom DVD. I guess there isn't enough room for it anymore.

haha I figured you might have, I mix that one up too. There actually is one shitty phone recording of it, I think it's the only time they ever played it

I love the drums, and that falsetto is heartbreaking. The guitar part is a little weak but it doesn't bug me. Def wish they'd try to make this work live.

Dude. I couldn't agree more. I really want to hear it live, man. And yea its def not dans most awe inspiring guitar chops. But I still really dig what he's doing with it. And the bass line towards the the end, when it really starts jumping out! Great tune. Makes me feel... well, it kinda makes me feel like dancin'.

They played The Only One in Denver. As far as I was aware it was the first time they tried it live. I must say I was not impressed. I really had high hopes for it because it is one of my favorites off the album but I thought that was the worst song I have ever heard them play live. Not trying to be mean, just my opinion and like I said I think it was the first time they played it live.

As for You're the One, they played that the first time I saw them and it was amazing. Real crowd pleaser. They should play it more often.

"I thought that was the worst song I have ever heard them play live."

I was thinking the same thing when I saw the video of that song. In my opinion this song just does not come across without the sound and production it got on the album.

Yea. I've got to admit ( although, the aweful quality of the video should be noted) that I was kinda let down with what I was hearing. I really hope that they, someday, get it worked out to play it live. Because The Only One, is def one of my favorite trackes from Brothers.
