I would be happy to tab out some TBK material, but does anyone know of a program that I can write it all out as opposed to typing it up in a word document or something like that. When I tab, I used to just do it for myself and write it all out on lined paper, but it would be easier if there were a program I could use to write it on and upload it. I use a MAC. Thanks. If I find a program, I'll put some stuff together if people have requests. J. Posted 1 year ago #

Guitar Pro is pretty easy to use. Version 5 was a little flakey but they've released the next version. Free trial from their website. http://www.guitar-pro.com Posted 1 year ago #

i'm on a Mac as well. I just use TextEdit, making sure to use a fixed-width font (Courier, Monaco, etc.). I have a template, which is just 5 or so blank staffs. As I add notes, I make sure to forward-delete, or just wait until i'm done and trim the ends. What's tricky is posting them here. For some reason, when you paste in tabs, you have to use the CODE tags not just at the front and back of the whole tab, but at the front and back of every staff, or anywhere else where you have a break. Not sure why. Check out the Chulahoma tabs I did a while back to see how it displays. Posted 1 year ago #
