It's really weird getting news about TBK from Pitchfork.

The Black Keys Announce Summer Tour

I may try to make that Indianapolis date. Booker T!

I don't think you can call it screwed - they only hit like 8 states. All of New England is skipped too. Oh well. They'll do a full tour after the new album comes out.

I think Australia is the only place that was properly "screwed." Everyone else is merely inconvenienced.

hiya, new member here with a vital question:
i'm thinking about going to the indianapolis show, but i don't know much about the venue. what can y'all tell me about it? it appears to be seated, but i've read elsewhere there is general admission. when they say general admission, do they mean a standing room/pit situation? i have a strong aversion to seats....so i'm really hoping there is a pit area.

I'd skip Cleveland too. Maybe they'll add a Pittsburgh date, give us a reason to go back. Just spent the weekend there, had a blast as always. American Eagle has a new stage downtown by the Ohio river, would be a great place for a Keys show.

They played a free show as part of the Three Rivers Arts Festival in Pgh a couple years ago. It was awesome.

I would almost guarantee that if they do Columbus they will do Pittsburgh. Promowest owns a lot of venues in Columbus and they are the ones that built the AE stage in Pittsburgh.
