I saw Queens Of The Stone Age last night at the riv in chicago. Great show, but I digress. They were re-releasing their first album so for the tour they would play their first album in it's entirety. Then they would come back out and play an assortment of their other material for the second half. The second half was different for each venue. Since TBCU is coming up on it's ten year anniversary, how great would it be if TBK did something like this?

That would be cool. I think it'd be even better if they randomly played each of their albums as the first half of a show, then the second half would be a mix of the other albums. In Chicago maybe it's TBCU, then in Detroit it's Rubber Factory, ect. Of course they'd skip Cleveland all together cause it sucks ass, and i don't blame them for doing so. I'm so tired of living in this shit hole. So much negativity here. Posted 1 year ago #

I usually hate gimmicks but the whole "play a record from start to finish" thing is pretty damn cool. I missed out on tickets for the Queens. I missed out Sonic Youth doing Daydream Nation. I would love to see the Keys give it a go. Posted 1 year ago #

I saw Mars Volta and Queens of the Stone Age with D. Grohl drumming open for the Chili Peppers in 2003. That was some show. On topic - I would love to see TBK go on an "intimate venue" tour playing Chulahoma live. I think it's awesome I saw Ryan Bingham and the Dead Horses at the Bootlet Theatre for an album release and they played the entire album front to back and then played another full set with an encore. whiskey and cigarrets everywhere Good Times. Also, Coheed and Cambria did the same thing in New York/L.A. 4 nights/4 albums (including hidden tracks). Posted 1 year ago #

Chulahoma live would be epic. Small venue would make it even better. "We run this shit like a Wendy's. We're open for breakfast every morning." Posted 1 year ago #
