Anyone dig these guys? I'm liking Innerspeaker more and more with each listen. Pretty groovy stuff. Sort of like a modern day Sgt Peppers (no offense to Sgt Peppers).

Wish I could get my grubby little hands on the vinyl version but they're long gone unless you wanna pay $70+ on ebay and whatnot.

I emailed the label asking them to press more. We'll see. I've had success doing that in the past. Feel free to help me out if you like.

Yeah man exactly. It is really good to just play the whole album and kinda vibe on it. Fun stuff. I'll be watching for the next one to drop.

Lots of places claim to have vinyl but then once you place the order they say it's backordered. Very lame practice in my opinion. They should list if it is in stock or not - like most places.

Trust me, the vinyl is long gone. Unless you want to pay 60-70 dollars or more. It's on amazon and eBay from people who are selling used or bought it new to resell for profit.

Most times records are only pressed in batches of 500 or maybe 1000, and then if that band unexpectedly blows up like Tame Impala seems to have done... well the vinyl goes real quick.

I've been emailing the label but they don't even bother to reply. I've emailed them at least twice in the past month and got not a single email from them. It would be nice to hear them at least say "no we aren't making anymore, sorry"

Just got my tix for Chicago.

Seeing them tonight in DC for the second time. Really looking forward to it.

On my way to the coast this wkend, I stopped by two different locally owned record stores. Both had a copy of Innerspeaker on vinyl. Im guessing its been reissued?.. is it worth checking out?
