anyone here go to the toronto shows? i went to the 3rd. they were awesome as always. i was a bit disappointed that they played at the koolhaus, a crappy venue imo. but even a crappy venue couldn't stymie their groove. i didn't know they were playing two shows because my friend got the tix or else i would have went to both.

i noticed a lot younger crowd compared to when i saw them a couple years ago when they were touring for attack and release. i was surprised by how many "frat-boy" type fans the BK had. and a lot more girls too.

btw, apparently there was a disturbance at the second show caused by a fan. here is a video of the occurrence below. its at roughly the 2:00 mark.

just when i thought Dan couldn't be anymore cool, he lays the law down on a unruly fan. i posted my thoughts on the video in the comments section, i'm mr10am.

the kool haus is awful-- on top of charging $4.50 for a regular bottle of water, the bartender ripped me off .50 right in front of my face! i got it back but still

i agree, its like a warehouse. but they're more famous now so they play venues a bit bigger now. it would be mind blowing if they ever played in a place like the horseshoe tavern.
