So today I was browsing in a second hand shop(Thrift store I guess to the peeps state side) and found this.
A tonne of old 45's including a carrier case Paid £5.00 for the lot

it's all mostly artists from the 70's and 80's that time and culture forgot lol but theres a few gems in there actually...

Ennio Morricone BBC recording
Couple of Queen single
Couple of Status Quo
Couple of Lennon + and a couple of McCartney
Some old Motown, like Micheal Jackson, The Commadores, and Diana Ross
and then some really fucking random as hell singles, that are so bad they're good, ya know. I feel they should be covered by somebody. Tom Waits could pull em off i guess

just thought i'd say. And maybe start a good lengthy geek out session

Nice score! 5 GBP is not bad at all, even for just the record case. And then you got all that sweet sweet vinyl to boot. Are they in decent condition? Plays without skipping?

They are incredibly dusty and worn, but luckily I have a cool little sponge thingy with a bottled of "distilled water for cleaning records" and inside the case was a cloth.
Took some dusting but what i have played seems fine actually, a couple skipped

Awesomeness!

Theres a lot of Bananarama, some Barry Manilow, and awful 80's stuff in it though

what i mentioned up there was the best of it. But for £5.00 you can't beat it

Ok so this week I found an old 8track player
It's a little beat to shit, at least the tapes are anyway. The player itself seems fine!
Not - much - of a bargain this time £30.00 but 30 tapes were included sooooo, a smart buy could be the term maybe.... im going back at the end of the week to buy the last 10 tapes for £10 and some speakers...(don't have much money to throw away)

again theres a random selection of music in it that time and culture forgot, mostly country, but as you can see from the pic, it includes -
Dylans Nashville Skyline
Elton John
Diana Ross
and 1974s Top 30 lol
